Shipping, Delivery & Pickup Policy

 

- All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.  Larger orders may require additional time. 

- Shipping is provided by UPS from our warehouse @ 37630 West 6 Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan.

- We do not offer free shipping for one reason: There is no such thing! We do not build in shipping costs and then mislead you with a "free shipping" statement.

- Shipping costs are processed automatically with a discounted UPS rate using package weight, distance traveled and size of boxes.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

Local delivery

Local delivery is available for bulk orders.  Please call Mike for information and details @ 734-674-0898

 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Livonia location. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 - 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
